When should i start taking the herbs?

I should have started the FSH and egg quality herbal support at the first day of cycle and i have started it at the end of the cycle as i was not knowing about it until i read about it the other day on your site.it clearly says that start the herbal support treatment on first day of cycle.please let me know as soon as possible.i already had my period on 26th of January and 27th of January and i am having bleeding since yesterday and today and it is not heavy and i hope it has nothing to do with my treatment .thank you very much,

It is OK to start even after your period and no harm was done, I also don't think the herbal treatment has any conection to the bleeding, but I suggest to stop the herbs until bleeding has stoped and then restart them.
