Please read the following carefully to get accurate information on when and how your order will be shipped and an idea of when your order will arrive.
Orders that are received before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be shipped out the same day. We make every effort to ship orders received after 12:30 pm PST that same day or the next business day.
IVFHS ships domestically via UPS Monday through Friday (certain holidays excepted). UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. UPS ground and 3-day services are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico . The default shipping method for orders to Hawaii and Alaska is UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may also be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that shipments via USPS are only sent out three times a week.
Shipment fees will be calculated automatically at check-out.
